8-Week Weightlifting Program (one-off)
2 days per week: $175
3 days per week: $200
4 days per week: $225
Includes onboarding review, individualised programming, setup, and tracking.
Weightlifting Club Membership (ongoing)
$25 per week
Minimum commitment: 8 weeks
Includes weekly coached session, ongoing coaching support, and club access.
You own your program.
