The HQ Weightlifting Club is a specialist pathway inside Happy HQ designed to support focused strength progression, technical development, and long-term consistency.

This is a club model, not a class pack.

What do you get?

Personalised weightlifting programming

You start with an individualised 8-week weightlifting program built around:

  • Your goals

  • Training history

  • Availability

  • Strengths and limitations

    Your program is delivered via Google Sheets and is yours to keep.

Weekly coached club session

Sundays at 8:00am

This session is the weekly anchor of the club and focuses on:

  • Technique refinement

  • Coach oversight on key lifts

  • Priority access to platforms

  • Training alongside others with similar goals

Ongoing coaching support

Club membership includes continued support around your program, including:

  • Load guidance and progression advice

  • Support if you miss sessions or need to adjust training

  • Clarification on lift intent and structure

You’re not left guessing - even when training independently.

As a member of the HQ Weightlifting Club you also receive:

  • Access to Happy HQ’s registered weightlifting club

  • Eligibility for weightlifting-specific opportunities

    Priority or discounted access to:

    • Program refreshes (50% off while membership is active)

    • Mock meets

Pricing

Clear and transparent pricing options dependant on your goals

8-Week Weightlifting Program (one-off)

  • 2 days per week: $175

  • 3 days per week: $200

  • 4 days per week: $225

Includes onboarding review, individualised programming, setup, and tracking.

Weightlifting Club Membership (ongoing)

  • $25 per week

  • Minimum commitment: 8 weeks

Includes weekly coached session, ongoing coaching support, and club access.

You own your program.


The weekly fee keeps you coached, supported, and part of the club.
