I started CrossFit 13 years ago and my favourite thing about this sport is that it taught me to be proud of what my body is capable of, not what it looks like. Then, 7 years ago, I decided I wanted to help people feel the same, so I decided to become a coach. Helping people to achieve things they never thought they could became a passion of mine.
I am a qualified Nutrition Coach, love coaching group classes, working with one on one personal training sessions and I also specialise in pregnency and postpartum training.
My goal for CrossFit Happy is to create a safe, inclusive space where people feel comfortable to push their mind and bodies in ways they didn’t know they could.
Whether you’re brand new to the sport, hoping to increase your health/fitness, or striving to be a competitive athlete, I just want everyone to feel supported to be the best version of themselves.
